Gillespie Recruitment are delighted to be supporting one of the region’s leading training providers in their search for a Skills Tutor as they expand their team.

We are looking to speak to experienced Skills Tutors who are looking for a new challenge. Do you hold a Level 4 Certificate in Education and Training (CTLLS or equivalent) and have a minimum of 5 years’ experience working within the educational environment.

Duties include:

  • To plan, prepare, deliver, and evaluate a course(s) of learning for learners as set out in the contract of employment to the agreed number of hours and weeks.
  • Promote effective learning, appropriate achievement, and educational, social and personal progress of all learners consistent with the aims of the Company and the unique needs of each individual To complete course administration as specified by the Company.
  • To work flexibility, including delivery online or weekend and evening classes.
  • To develop and maintain productive and rewarding working relationships both internally and externally with partners, stakeholders and outside organisations to share best practice, improve services and delivery, and raise the profile of the Company.

The successful candidate will Candidates will have excellent communication skills and be able to work collaboratively and effectively as part of a team. A full clean driving licence is required.
