Lead Generation Executive
Location: Remote working (with one in-person team event per month in or around London)
Salary: £28,000 basic plus £10,000 OTE

This is a fully remote role, with a requirement to attend an in-person team event near London once a month.

What the role entails:

  • Making a high volume of calls to SME's to identify needs within the business
  • Hitting and exceeding monthly targets

Who we are looking for:

  • Recent experience in a high volume, outbound cold calling role such as telesales, telemarketing or lead generation
  • Someone with a big personality, confident and able to get business owners talking on the phone
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Competitive, always wanting to push to be the best
  • A curious nature with good active listening skills
