Lead foot mobile engineer

I am working with a leading FM service provider who are on the lookout for a permanent, Lead foot mobile maintenance engineer to join their team on a mobile commercial contract in London. This role will be looking after a portfolio of commercial office spaces across multiple sites in London by foot.

• £43,000 + travel card
• Commercial portfolio based in London Soho, Covent Garden & Mayfair (Zone 1-2)
• Mon to Fri (8am to 5pm) + plenty weekend over time available

Duties:

• Reactive electrical and mechanical maintenance on plant systems
• Fire Alarm Testing
• Sprinkler Testing
• Emergency Light Testing
• Power Distribution
• Electrical Fault Finding
• PAT Testing
• Pumps
• Motors
• AHUs
• FCUs
• Boilers
• Cooling Towers
• Chillers
• Plumbing - Flushing & Drainage
• Basic Fabric Tasks

Requirements:

• Building services maintenance experience in commercial offices, hotels or hospitals
• Good understanding of mechanical and electrical maintenance
• Strong communication skills
• C&G Pts. 2 & 3, or equivalent.
• 17th or 18th Edition IEE: Wiring and Installation
