Job Title: Lead Electrician (Nationwide)

Salary: £20 - £25 per hour

(£40,000 - £52,000 Per Annum) + (£16,000 - £20,800 Overtime Avg.)

Type of Work: Nationwide installation projects ranging from £50,000 to £500,000

Travel Requirements: Extensive travel required, working away from home Monday to Friday

Location: Site/client based across the UK; office based in Birmingham

Qualifications Required:

  • NVQ Level 3 including AM2
  • 2391 Inspect and Test qualification
  • BS7671 18th Edition Wiring Regulations
  • ECS card
  • SSSTS/SMSTS (desirable)
  • IPAF (desirable)

Experience:

  • Previous experience in leadership roles within retail/shopfitting and commercial electrical projects (desirable)

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and lead installation teams on site
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant electrical regulations and standards
  • Coordinate with project managers and clients to deliver projects on time and within budget
  • Provide technical expertise and guidance to installation teams
  • Maintain a safe working environment and adhere to health and safety regulations

Contracted Hours: 40 hours per week

Average Overtime per Week: 16 hours
