Join our team as a Lead Developer, where you'll play a pivotal role in shaping both our product and our team's growth. We're seeking an experienced developer who enjoys hands-on coding and has a knack for leading and mentoring others.

The role:

• Guide and support a team of developers to ensure their work aligns with the product vision and roadmap.
• Work closely with the Product Owner to translate user needs into feasible development tasks.
• Spearhead the delivery of top-notch software features that bring value to users and the business.
• Participate in hands-on development while fostering a culture of experimentation and ongoing learning.
• Identify opportunities for product improvements and oversee the smooth integration of new features.

About you:

• Proven track record of leading and mentoring software teams with adept line management abilities.
• Extensive hands-on experience in backend technologies such as Java or Scala.
• Outstanding communication skills with a talent for motivating and inspiring team members.
• Dedication to thorough testing and delivering dependable software solutions.
