Job Title: Lead BI Analyst

Salary: £40-50k

Working Model: Nottingham/Remote (4x WFH pw)

We are looking for a Lead BI Analyst who thrives on analysing data to extract meaningful insights and drive business excellence. This unique opportunity allows the right candidate to provide expert advice on statistical and analytical approaches to MI and be an advocate for the use of intelligent information across the organisation.

The ideal candidate will possess a keen eye for detail and a robust ability to not only gather and process diverse data but also to craft and implement innovative reporting solutions. Your work will directly influence decision-making processes, ensuring the delivery of top-tier service and adherence to performance standards.

Core Duties:

• Develop key relationships with senior stakeholders to provide highly complex and sensitive information.
• Undertake detailed analysis of large & complex data sets.
• Provide expert advice on approaches to MI.
• Manage and mentor junior analysts
• Support strategic and operational objectives through high quality analytical services

What We're Looking For:

• A strong educational background in Data/BI/Mathematics.
• At least 5 years of professional experience in a Data Analyst role.
• Advanced Proficiency in Power BI/DAX, SQL, and Excel.
• Management experience is an advantage.
• Experience with SharePoint is an advantage.
• Power Apps experience is an advantage.
• A proven track record in developing user-centric business intelligence tools and data manipulation.
