Land Transfer Team Leader

Bury St Edmunds, Suffolk

£28-33K plus excellent pension scheme, 25 days leave, hybrid working

37.5 Hours Mon-Fri

Do you have an understanding of the basics of land right law (land transfer, lease, easement, wayleave) and are you looking for a full time permanent position with a large and growing utilities company?

The role will based at their superb head office but hybrid working is also available.


This position will focus on obtaining all necessary land rights and consents to facilitate the long term use of the companies energy assets.


The Role

  1. Full time permanent role with national utilities company offering hybrid working
  2. Oversee all land rights transactions for the companies utility assets
  3. Liaise with solicitors, developers, wayleave officers
  4. Lead a small team


To apply you should have:

  1. An understanding of the fundamental land law principles (i.e. land transfer, lease, easement, wayleave).
  2. Ideally previous Team Leader experience or willingness to move into such a role
  3. Ideally a UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
