Reed HR are looking to recruit a Capability and Leadership Advisor on an interim basis for 6 months (L&D Advisor) 

Role details

Minor change within our clients' organisation structure has created this new role.

The duration is 6 months, and this role will be paid via an approved umbrella 

This team has now branched off and are now ‘The capability and learning team’.

This role is a L&D Advisor or L&D officer in other organisations.

Working in a small team, but working within the wider HR team, your main focus over the next few months is:

Working on the relaunch of the manager training & induction package.

Making sure that is up and running and make changes where needed.

Support, facilitate & deliver monthly training sessions for the manager and inductions package.

Evaluate and review feedback following sessions.

Work with business partners, support with queries relating to L&D and pointing people in the right direction as needed.

Project work, help with the design and development of the ‘line management capability training’ which is current going through the procurement stage.

There are several other trainings that are soon to be reinstated so will support on the design and development will be requires.

Experience required 

You will need to come from learning & development background and understand what L&D do within an organisation.

Have the ability to build relationships with people and be approachable with good communication skills.

Able to manage multiple different projects at once.

You don't need to have project management skills but an understand of project methodologies and being able to put a project plan together.

Be comfortable working in a fast pace environment and work efficiently.

Must be proficient in Microsoft applications. MS Teams, Outlook, etc…
