We are partnering with a Global Freight Forwarder who have an exciting opportunity for a Kitchen Assistant to join their team in Dover working 3 days on 3 days off on 11 hour shift patterns.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare dishes to the standards of the restaurant
  • Responsible for taking in deliveries and rotation of stock
  • Maintain the highest standards of presentation and quality at all times
  • Follow orders and recipes
  • Work as a team in an open kitchen

Skills Required:

  • Min 2 years’ experience desirable.
  • A good understanding of Food and Health & Safety legislation
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Experience working within a kitchen environment
