The Education Network is looking to recruit a Key Stage 1 Teacher to work within one of our partner schools in South Shields. We are currently looking for an enthusiastic Key Stage 1 Teachers who are committed to enhancing the education of children within a classroom. The successful applicant will have prior experience working as a Key Stage 1 Teacher and will need to understand the national curriculum and be able to deliver this to the highest level possible. To be eligible for the role of Key Stage 1 Teacher, candidates must have QTS and have worked within a school within the last 2 years, ideally within Key Stage 1.

To be offered Supply Teaching work via The Education Network, our minimum requirements are:
  • Qualified Teaching Status (QTS / QTLS)
  • Be well organised with high expectations of achievement and behaviour.
  • Sound subject knowledge
  • Have strong interpersonal skills to communicate with staff, parents and students effectively
  • A valid Enhanced DBS Certificate or a willingness to apply for one
