Location: Midlands & The South
Salary: £30,000 - £40,000 + car allowance + commission
Elevation Recruitment Group are proud to be recruiting for a leading supplier of workplace supplies and services. The role as Key Account Manager is an exciting opportunity to join an extremely well established business and spearhead new business opportunities and existing account growth within the public sector.
Given this role falls within the public sector side of the business knowledge and experience with this customer base is paramount. Covering The Midlands and South this is a exciting prospect for a candidate who thrives being in a field based position.
Key Roles & Responsibilities:
- Effectively manage key accounts to increase sales and margins, meeting and exceeding targets and optimising potential.
- Collaborate with strategic decision-makers to maximize selling opportunities, promoting and cross-selling all products and services.
- Create, maintain, and share Account Development Plans for strategic clients to identify, target, and convert sales opportunities in key categories.
- Develop tender and pricing proposals, contract bids, and documentation for new and existing business in partnership with the Commercial team.
- Research, prepare, and deliver customer presentations through your expertise
- Maintain excellent customer relationships and coordinate with internal departments to effectively manage contracts, ensuring customer value is delivered.
Skills & Requirements
- Experienced in Key Account management and a track record of growing new business opportunities.
- An ambitious, driven, salesperson who thrives on exceeding targets.
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills, experience dealing with key stakeholders within a public sector environment.
- UK Driving License is required.
