Junior Sous Chef - £28k to £35k - Arundel - Own Transport, Sunday and Mondays off, closed for 2 weeks in July and closed over the Christmas and New Year period. 4 split shifts plus one day shift, plus tips. 2AA Rosette cooking.

Experience

We are looking for a Junior Sous Chef to work with us in this all fresh food 2AA Rosette restaurant kitchen. You will ideally need to have either high end restaurant, hotel or high end gastro restaurant experience and all fresh food cooking experience to a high standard. But being reliable and having the right working attitude are just as important. We are looking for a well rounded Chef, driven with a passion for high quality food, who can thrive under pressure.

Salary and Benefits

  • £28k to £35k depending on experience plus tips
  • Free hot meal on shift
  • 4 split shifts per week and one day shift
  • Closed Sunday and Mondays
  • 2 weeks off in July
  • Closed over Christmas and the new year period.
