Senior Chef de Partie

  • Monday - Friday
  • Up to £37,000

Our client is looking for an experienced Chef de Partie to join their private members club in the heart of Soho. As a Chef de Partie (CDP) you will play a crucial role in maintaining the high culinary standards of the venue and delivering an exceptional dining experience.

Duties and responsibilities:

  • Work collaboratively with the culinary team under the guidance of the Head Chef.
  • Execute the preparation of high-quality dishes in alignment with the members club restaurant's recipes and quality standards.
  • Uphold consistency and excellence in food preparation throughout all culinary activities.
  • Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure adherence to rigorous quality control and health and safety standards.
  • Participate actively in inventory management and contribute to cost control measures.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a CDP/Line Cook or in a similar role preferred
  • Minimum of 3 years chef experience
  • Must be confident in running hot section / pass
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
  • Ability to work in a busy environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
