Working under the support of the Commercial Director you will be dealing with construction contracts for the company, negotiating, tendering, agreeing payment terms, dealing with JCT contracts and much more. This role is a development position and therefore full training and support is provided.

Working Monday-Friday in the Portsmouth office with occasional travel to site. Paying £30,000pa DOE with lots of additional benefits.

What do you need?

• Qualification or relevant experience within construction or Quantity Surveying.
• Knowledge of JCT contract is desirable.
• Willingness to learn
• Able to commute to Portsmouth everyday.
• Excellent communication skills
• Computer literate.
