An exciting new opportunity has arisen to join a fashion retailer as an junior merchandiser (JM) based in Central London, the brand is renowned for their wide selection of high-street fashion RTW and accessories.

The role:

Achieving department KPI’s in line with strategy and department targets
Reviewing the category Weekly Sales and Stock Intake (WSSI), coordinating action to maximise profitability of the department and reduce risks
Contributing to range development and preparation and presentation of range sign offs
Liaising with buyer to monitor product groups, determining pricing strategy and price point
Ensuring in-season activity delivers planned sales, margin and terminal stock targets
Analysing competitors and trends to maximise profit

Who you are:

A Junior Merchandising with fashion experience
An experienced AM looking to step into a JM role
Good presentation skills
Have high organisational skills and be able to multitask and prioritise
Strong numerical, analytical, and interpretive skills
Fashion customer knowledge
Strong negotiation and influencing skills
Can maintain good relationships with Branch Merchandising, Design, Buying, Quality Assurance and Suppliers
A collaborative team player
