Junior HR Business Partner

Are you an experienced Senior HR Advisor/ Junior HR Business Partner who enjoys the variety of a Regional role?

With a salary of up to £50k + car + bonus.

Regular travel is required for this role across multiple sites in Southern England - 4 days per week travel.

As Senior HR Advisor / Junior HR Business Partner, you will be supporting a number of stakeholders from multiple sites within your region across the breadth of HR generalist responsibilities. This will include coaching and guiding managers through complex HR issues to increase their capability, supporting with HR projects and streamlining existing processes.

You will have experience as a Senior HR Advisor with multi-site responsibility, and have all round generalist experience, preferably with TUPE.
