My clients a friendly medium sized freight forwarder based within the Heathrow area,,they are currently recruiting for Junior operations clerk to join their growing Artwork/ high valuable shipment team!

Duties would include (training will be provided):

  • Taking bookings
  • Arranging collections and deliveries
  • Dealing with both imports and exports
  • Airline bookings
  • Handling documents such as licenses, ATA Carnets and customs documentation
  • Tracking shipments
  • Data entry
  • General admin

Skills required:

  • School/ college leaver or some experience within freight forwarding
  • Keen to learn!
  • PC literate
  • Good customer service skills

Working hours:

  • Monday- Friday 0900-1730
