Junior Financial Administrator - Hampshire - £25k - £26k basic salary with full study support (entry level role - very basic experience requires - 6 month in financial services)

My client are based in Hampshire, I have placed 2 staff within the business. They offer whole of market advice on Pensions, Investments, Tax Planning, IHT, Trusts, Mortgages and some Protections. They prefer to do holistic financial planning rather than transactional pieces of work. They have built a very good reputation locally. Their clients are a mix of working professionals, wealth accumulators, business executives, retirees and HNW families with very substantial assets to be managed. The highest net worth cases have over £1m to invest. Business is busier than ever moving into 2024 with an abundance of referrals and recommendations being received. They do not do any marketing activity whatsoever due to the excellent reviews they receive.

They have enough business and high-quality leads coming into their inboxes that they cannot convert due to how busy they are, so there is very substantial untapped business to be had. They have ambitions to expand the business greatly over the next 3 years.

A brand-new role within the business for a Junior Financial Administrator. The ideal candidate will have very basic understanding of finance but a willingness to learn and get stuck in but know that the financial services industry if for them. You will be working in a small team of 3 administrators supporting 3 Financial Advisers doing end to end financial administration. You will be booking in client meetings on behalf of the advisers, preparing all meeting packs, administrering all transfers of money from client accounts onto relevant platforms and processes trades. A basic salary of £25,000 - £26,000 is on offer with full study support.
