Finance Assistant

We are excited to offer the opportunity for a Finance Assistant to become an integral part of our headquarters office team. Day to Day of the Role:
  • Raising monthly sales invoices for contracted customers.
  • Allocating card and Direct Debit payments.
  • Answering customer enquiries via phone and email.
  • Managing credit control activities.
  • Performing a variety of financial administrative duties to support the finance team.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Essential accounts experience.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy, with a focus on prompt task completion.
  • Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Confidence in processing invoices and experience with statement reconciliations and handling queries.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Positive and outgoing attitude.
  • Sage 50 experience is desirable but not essential.
