About You:

We are seeking a technically minded person who enjoys maths-type tasks and can visualise how things go together. Attention to detail is key. A large part of the role involves entering figures from documents and drawings using a simple in-house computer program to generate customer quotations. Full training will be given.

Some flexibility with hours may be possible for the right candidate.

In summary, you should be:

• A quick learner
• Articulate – good at communicating
• Good with numbers
• Computer literate with good working knowledge of Excel, Word, and Acrobat
• Able to read technical drawings an advantage
• A logical thinker

About the Role:

Your responsibilities will include:

• Gathering relevant data from emails, documents, and drawings (including scaling from them) to define requirements
• Producing accurate quotes based on information received
• Gathering relevant and correct data from quotes
