As they continue to grow, they are looking for a passionate and dedicated Junior Buying Administrator to join their team.

Role Overview:

The Junior Buying Administrator will support the buying team in managing and maintaining the product range, supplier relationships, and inventory levels. This role is pivotal in ensuring that our product offerings meet the quality and standards their customers expect.

Junior Buying Administrator - Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the buying team in the product selection process, ensuring all products meet quality standards and ethical sourcing policies.

• Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and stock levels using the inventory management system.

• Coordinate with suppliers to place orders, track shipments, and manage delivery schedules to ensure timely receipt of goods.

• Support the buying team in negotiating prices and terms with suppliers to achieve the best value for the company.

• Assist in managing the product lifecycle from selection to discontinuation, ensuring a fresh and relevant product range.

• Prepare reports and analyses on buying trends, inventory levels, and supplier performance to support decision-making.

• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to provide product information for promotional activities.

• Handle administrative tasks related to the buying process, including raising purchase orders and processing invoices.

Skills and Qualifications:

• A degree in Business, Fashion Merchandising, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is preferred.

• Previous experience in a buying or administrative role is desirable, but not essential.

• Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to build relationships with suppliers and colleagues.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, and experience with inventory management systems.

• A keen eye for detail and accuracy in handling data.

• A proactive and enthusiastic approach to work, with a willingness to learn and contribute to the team.
