Skills, Experience & Responsibilities for the role of Junior Architectural Technologist:

• Assist in the development of detailed technical drawings and specifications.
• Collaborate with project teams to produce Revit models.
• Conduct site surveys and contribute to feasibility studies.
• Support senior technologists in resolving technical issues and ensuring compliance with building regulations.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in architectural technology.
• Degree or equivalent qualification in Architectural Technology or related field.
• Proficiency in Revit is essential.
• Strong technical drawing skills and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of building regulations and construction methods.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Previous experience in sectors such as residential, commercial, healthcare, or education is advantageous.
