Joiner

We are looking for a proficient joiner to primarily focus on bathroom installations within our clients portfolio of domestic properties. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in enhancing the functionality and aesthetics of our residents' bathrooms, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality and safety.

Responsibilities:

• Execute bathroom installations in domestic properties efficiently and to specification.
• Perform joinery tasks including fitting of bathroom units, cabinets, fixtures, and fittings.
• Ensure all work is completed to the highest standards of craftsmanship, adhering to relevant regulations and safety guidelines.
• Collaborate effectively with other tradespeople and contractors as required.
• Communicate professionally with residents, addressing any queries or concerns with tact and efficiency.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a domestic joiner, ideally within a social housing setting.
• Blue skilled CSCS card.
• Asbestos awareness.
• Proficient in all aspects of joinery work, with a keen eye for detail.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications accurately.
• Strong understanding of health and safety regulations within the construction industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Full UK driving licence.
