Java Developer - Ipswich- Hybrid

Fancy a new challenge? Join my amazing software client as they grow their already established UK based team. They provide systems around the globe helping make up the modern retail system. The role is based on the outskirts of Ipswich, working 2 days a week in the office and the rest remotely.

Responsibilities:

  • Create high quality software
  • Working with technical architects and Dev Managers to convert specifications to high quality software
  • Configuration, testing and release processes
  • Learning and researching new technologies
  • Contribute to design/ Spec process
  • Contribute to adequate test coverage

Skills:

  • Java
  • Linux
  • MySQL
  • Hibernate ORM

Desirable:

  • JavaScript
  • Inventory / Warehouse Management Systems
  • Build Tools (Maven / Gradle)
