Your New Salary: £24,767 (*This package is inclusive of average bank holiday premium shift pay and a non-guaranteed annual bonus which is around 1 month's salary.)
Office based
Start: May 2024
Working hours: Shift 09:00 to 17:30 (Subject to change) including weekends and Bank Holidays according to roster. Times may vary.

Japanese speaking Call Centre agent - What You'll be Doing:

  • Handle reservations and bookings for flights, hotels, railways
  • Ticketing, issuing, reissuing tickets and refunds on AMADEUS system
  • Operate internal system efficiently to maintain accurate and up-to-date records
  • Call customers in case of irregular operations (cancellations of flights, delays, major strikes etc.)

Japanese speaking Call Centre agent - The Skills You'll Need to Succeed:

  • Fluent Verbal and written communication skills in Japanese and English
  • Professional verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient in AMADEUS system
