Italian speaking Customer Service Representative

Our client based in Walsall are currently recruiting for a fluent Italian speaking Customer Service Representative to join their team on a full time, permanent basis, with flexible working options available.

Duties will include but are not limited to:

  • Dealing with incoming phone calls
  • Managing all emails and ensuring they are responded to
  • Filling
  • Data entry
  • Ensuring regular contact with customers during the process

The successful candidate will:

  • Fluent in Italian language
  • Administration or Customer Service experience
  • Strong communication skills
  • Organised and able to manage own workload

This is a full-time role working Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm. This company offers arrange of impressive benefits.
