Our client based in Walsall are currently recruiting for a fluent Italian speaking Customer Service Representative to join their team on a full time, permanent basis, with flexible working options available.
Duties will include but are not limited to:
- Dealing with incoming phone calls
- Managing all emails and ensuring they are responded to
- Filling
- Data entry
- Ensuring regular contact with customers during the process
The successful candidate will:
- Fluent in Italian language
- Administration or Customer Service experience
- Strong communication skills
- Organised and able to manage own workload
This is a full-time role working Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm. This company offers arrange of impressive benefits.
