IT Engineer (1st & 2nd Line Support)
EAC are representing a Market Leading Organisation in Milton Keynes who have recently moved into their new office. They are growing and looking for an IT Engineer to join the team.
If you are experienced in 1st and 2nd Line support and are looking for a new long-term role then please get in touch. You will be working within a supportive team whilst taking responsibility to support your accounts with any IT related issues.
Salary up to £30,000 (DOE)
Duties for the IT Engineer
- Providing first and second line IT support to clients via phone, email or in person
- Calling out to site if the issue can’t be fixed remote
- Carrying out IT support requests onsite
- Managing ownership of a ticket from start to finish
- Perform routine system software updates
- Maintain accurate records on the internal system
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues
- Flexible to travel if and when required (minimal)
Ideal IT Engineer
- Excellent PC problem solving skills
- Proven experience in a similar IT role
- Provide excellent customer service
- Proven ability to configure, troubleshoot and maintain a variety of Windows Server
- Strong Communication over the phone when dealing with Clients
- Exceptional organisational skills and time management
- Full UK Driving License
