The ideal candidate will have commercial experience working in IT Support and a keen interest in expanding their data visualisation knowledge within a commercial environment.

Salary Progression: Up to £28,000 after completion of PowerBI qualifications. 

What You'll Do: 

• Provide comprehensive IT systems, software, and hardware maintenance and support to clients and internal teams.
• Undertake systems administration tasks to ensure seamless operations.
• Manage, maintain, and support software and hardware infrastructure.
• Analyze data and generate insightful company reports to drive informed decision-making.
• Facilitate the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a smooth transition.
• Configure and operate the order processing system (Mintsoft) for both new and existing clients.
• Set up clients with customer service software systems, infrastructure, and hardware for smooth onboarding

• Confident and professional manner when contacting Customers by Microsoft Teams, Phone and Email.

• Ability to work under pressure
• Experience in understanding complex software systems, including troubleshooting and technical problem-solving.
• Strong analytical mindset
• Exceptional attention to detail
