Field Service Manager/Lead (Operations & Commercial Experience Essential)

Join a market-leading client in the healthcare technology sector, dedicated to developing smart solutions that enhance patient and caregiver experiences. We are seeking a Field Service Manager/Lead to drive the commercial and operational management workstream. This pivotal role will ensure our innovative technology continues to support caregivers in delivering exceptional patient care.

Day to Day of the Role:

  • Manage maintenance contract processes, including service invoices, purchase orders, and CRM platform usage.
  • Lead a service team or customer support team, optimizing engineer site assignments to meet SLA commitments.
  • Plan field service activities to maximize customer satisfaction and manage service-based contracts for financial recognition.
  • Provide process and application coaching/training to the super-user/user community.
  • Ensure compliance and accurate reporting within a service-based revenue offering.
  • Manage inventory controls for offsite stock, including maintenance stocks held by engineers, reviewing usage and demand, and performing existence testing.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Managed a field-based team who has managed maintenance contract portfolios and satisfied SLAs for both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Field service operations manager experience or someone that has overseen a field service department.
  • Technical and commercial experience.
  • Has overseen a customer service department.
  • Detailed knowledge of IFS v.7.5 (preference but not essential)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft productivity tools and advanced spreadsheet skills
