IT Support Technician

IT Support Technician Responsibilities:- Provide first-line technical support, handling helpdesk tickets and troubleshooting issues
- Assist with the rollout of new hardware and software
- Deliver end-user IT training and support
- Support the Head of IT with development projects, including management/administration of in-house software and databases
- Evaluate and test new hardware and software products before implementation
IT Support Technician Requirements:
- IT qualification at A-Level or equivalent (BTEC Level 3 Diploma in IT, Computing, or Technical Support; BTEC HND/HNC Diploma in IT or Computing)
- Experience with Microsoft and Windows software
- Knowledge and enthusiasm for delivering high-quality IT support to end-users
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Previous experience in an IT Support role, preferably in the legal sector (desirable)
- Ability to prioritise tasks, work efficiently, and maintain accuracy
- Methodical approach to identifying and troubleshooting problems
- Keen aptitude and interest in IT
