Job Title: IT Support Technician
Location: Oxfordshire / Wiltshire - Schools-based
Salary: Up to £32,000 p.a.

We are seeking an IT Support Technician for schools in the Oxfordshire / Wiltshire. Join us to make a difference in education through top-notch IT support services.
Responsibilities:
- First and Second Line Support:
- Promptly address IT support requests from school staff and students.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
- Onsite Support:
- Conduct onsite visits for hands-on support, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
- Installation and Training:
- Install and maintain computer systems, servers, and peripherals.
- Provide user training and create user-friendly documentation.
Qualifications:
- Proven IT support experience in an educational setting.
- Strong knowledge of Windows and Mac OS.
- Familiarity with educational software and classroom technologies.
- Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills.
Requirements:
- Full, clean driving license and access to a reliable vehicle.
- Willingness to travel within the area.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
