IT Support Engineer
Techunite are recruiting for an IT Support Administrator who will be responsible for the day to day administration and first line support of the organisation. This is working in an internal IT department, hybrid remote working offered.
There will be a requirement to be 'on call' every other weekend.
There will be full training to progress accordingly.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBLITIES
- Provide first line IT support to the users.
- Be responsible for the efficient day to day running of the company IT infrastructure
- Be responsible for Image transfer and support
- Be responsible for daily backups
- Maintain an effective IT asset register.
- Manage the company's IT hardware providing upgrade recommendations/replacement as required
- Create New User accounts
- Configure and deploy new PCs and Laptops
- Provide support to the company's routing systems
- Collate statistics as required to provide statutory reports for the Operations and Management teams
