IT Support Engineer, London

Job Description:

You will need to be working on a hybrid arrangement for this role - 2 or 3 days in the office. Starting salary of C.£50K with considerable increase in Year 2. Potential to move into Senior Support, Testing, DevOps or Development. 36 months minimum IT Support experience.

We are looking for an experienced IT Support Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have over two years’ experience within an IT related role and have experience with Windows, Azure, Office 365 systems. You will be responsible for providing 2nd Line support for on-prem IT systems infrastructure and Cloud technologies.

Above all else, you will need first class troubleshooting and analytical skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide 2nd Line support for on-prem IT systems infrastructure and Cloud technologies.
• Supporting highly skilled technical people, so problems will be complex
• Experience with Windows systems.

Qualifications:

• 1st Class/2.1 Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Computing related field.
• Over two years’ experience within an IT related role.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical and support skills.
