Are you an IT Support individual who loves owning IT rollout projects? Are you keen to join an organisation that makes a huge positive difference to the lives of children across the UK? We are looking for two IT Support Engineers to come in and own a variety of IT projects across the business. You will work closely with the Services Desk, Project managers and Business Analyst, to rollout different IT systems we require to enhance our performance as a Business. Projects will cover an array of areas such as Infrastructure, Applications, Software and hardware. Role: IT Support Engineer aka 3rd IT Support, IT Project Engineer 

Location: Central London – Hybrid working is in place; you will work 2 days a week in the office. 

Salary: £47.5k base per annum plus fantastic benefits

Benefits: 30 days holiday + Bank holidays, Contributory pension (5%-10%), Life assurance etc. 


What you will bring to the role:

This is a great career move for an IT Support individual with experience owning IT upgrade projects across a business. You will have experience working with the service desk and the wider business to gather requirements and then own the implementation of IT systems. You will have previous experience of working with 3rd party providers to source IT products. A knowledge of cyber security and Azure cloud services would be advantageous, along with any experience of the following: Windows, Mac, Office 365, SharePoint, SCCM for configuration and Jamf for MDM migration.
