Role: IT Support Engineer
Location: Liverpool
Salary: Up to £35,000

Key Responsibilities:
* Provide 1st and 2nd line technical support to users via phone, email, and in person.
* Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
* Install, configure, and maintain operating systems and software applications.
* Create and maintain technical documentation
* Set up and manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights.
* Collaborate with other IT team members to resolve complex issues and implement solutions.
* Participate in IT projects and initiatives as required.

Requirements:
* Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows operating systems and Office 365.
* Networking concepts, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, etc.
* Active Directory administration.
* Excellent communication and customer service skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Relevant IT certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified Professional) are desirable but not essential.
