Role: IT Service Desk Analyst
Location: Hersham, Surrey
Salary: £25,000 - £30,000
  
A leading independent school are seeking a talented IT Service Desk Analyst to join their IT team.
 
Position Overview:
 
As an IT Service Desk Analyst, you will play a crucial role in supporting the technological infrastructure of the school. You will be responsible for providing first and second line technical support to staff and students, ensuring the smooth operation of all IT systems and services. You will also gain exposure to Infrastructure project work working closely with the IT Director.
 
This is an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic individual with a passion for technology and a desire to contribute to the education sector.
 
 
Requirements:
  • Experience with Active Directory and Office 365
  • Windows 10/11 and supports of printers, PCs, desktops, and iPads.
  • Familiarity with computer hardware, peripherals, and networking concepts.
  • DNS, DHCP.
  • Exceptional customer service and communication abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • A proactive attitude towards learning and professional development.
