2nd Line IT Support / Field Engineer

Birmingham

Package = £30,000 to £37,500 plus bonus

A successful, large-scale service provider in Birmingham is urgently seeking a new 2nd Line IT Support & Field Engineer to join their team.

The role will be hybrid - a mix of their Birmingham office, remote work and travel to other sites.

Working with a friendly team of IT engineers, you will be responsible for providing both 2nd Line remote support and onsite IT support for a wide variety of issues and IT complex project rollouts / new implementations.

As the successful candidate you will have:

• A strong track record as an IT Engineer providing 2nd Line services in a Microsoft / Windows environment
• Any experience of IT field work / onsite IT support would be an advantage
• Experience of IT roll outs / installations / implementations
• Strong skills in Windows, Active Directory, Office 365, Exchange, Networking etc
• Good communication skills and the ability to work independently when needed
• A driving licence
