IT Security Specialist - Cambridge

Platform Recruitment has partnered with a client who are leaders in the design and development of communication systems. They are looking to take on a IT Security Specialist to contribute to the resolution of security incidents, IT security reviews, compliance reporting.

Key responsibilities:

+ Provide subject matter expertise and guidance on cyber security risks, threats, opportunities, and capabilities.

+ Develop and implement new security standards.

+ Play a key role in ensuring alignment of security practices with accreditations including ISO 27001 and CIS frameworks.

+Administer key software tools for security incidents.

Key Skills:

+ Experience with incident troubleshooting and escalation.

+ Windows Server administration.

+ Knowledge of networks and physical infrastructure.

+ Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
