Who am I looking for?

I'm looking for a seasoned IT enthusiast with a solid track record in IT Procurement and IT Purchasing. You will be confident in your approach with a solid track record in stakeholder management - this is super important as a large part of your role will be to leverage relationships with IT vendors and often negotiate to attain the best possible terms! You will need to consistently be on the ball, evaluating supplier proposals, focusing on both value and quality at all times. You'll always be analysing procurement metrics and be able to deliver your findings to management, alongside acting on your findings to influence improvements and essentially save money.

Alongside your IT procurement responsibilities, you will also be responsible for mentoring and developing the purchasing team, promoting a culture of top performance and continuous development. You'll be an inspirational manager; one who leads from the front and knows exactly how to get the best out of their team. You will guide and develop the purchasing team, prioritise new and urgent requests, and ensure the swift fulfilment of procurement needs. You'll also have top notch budget management exposure.

In return you will receive up to £40,000 plus bonus with exceptional benefits.

You can largely work remotely but we'd expect you onsite 3 times a week in their spectacular office in North Lincolnshire!
