IT Ops and Infrastructure consultant

The IT Ops and Infrastructure Consultant will be tasked with building, developing and leading a high-performing infrastructure & support function that is built on the principles of technical and operational excellence. This role will suit someone with experience working in both boutique and small to medium sized buy-side organisations.

To be considered for this role you will need the following:

• Experience working in a Hedge Fund or Asset, Wealth / Investment Management environment.
• At least 10 years’ experience in a variety of infrastructure, Service Delivery, IT Ops or information security roles in a progressive IT environment.
• Experience working in a greenfield environment and knowledge of scaling best-in-class IT infrastructure.
• Experience building strong relationships with 3rd party IT vendors.
• Strategically minded and excellent knowledge of scaling IT functionality.
• Good knowledge of cloud technology and can assist the business in going off-prem.
• Up to date with the emerging technologies.
