Job Title: IT Manager

Location: Dordrecht Holland / Home Hybrid

This is a great opportunity for an IT support person with experience of IT projects and service delivery to join a global manufacturing company and be given the chance as part of their role to work on and coordinate projects.

You will be the sole IT Engineer on site and will support 100 internal users as well as small user bases in Lyon and Belgium. You will be supported by a centralised IT function that will resolve all the tickets you raise.

Service delivery is very important with this role and providing the best service possible to your users. You will also be trained in supporting some of their applications and will get to work on their transition from on-prem to Azure project.

The company are happy with hybrid working meaning you can work one to two days at home each week.

What are we looking for?

  • Fluent in Dutch and a good level of English
  • Experience in 2nd line support
  • Experience in supporting Office 365 / Modern Office Tools / Desktop
  • Some experience in projects either in coordination/support
  • Excellent customer support and facing skills
  • Some knowledge of IT security and governance
