On offer is an exciting opportunity to join a well established and quickly growing managed service provider for business technology, looking to expand their team of highly skilled IT professionals within their office based out of Newcastle. This is the perfect opportunity for an experienced IT Manager or IT Support Engineer looking to step up into the role of Manager/Team Leader.

In this role you will manage a team of 6, providing support with complex IT problems, taking on training where needed and ensuring the success of an ambitious business. You will help with the running and coordination of the helpdesk team, being a reliable asset for both clients and team members to depend on.

This role would suit an experienced IT Manager or IT Support Engineer, local to Newcastle looking to take the step up into a management position within an MSP.

THE ROLE:

• Managing a team of IT Engineers
• Providing support on complex issues
• Working with a range of clients, ensuring the team meet targets and deadlines

THE PERSON:

• Experienced working within an IT Department as an engineer/manager
• Keen to progress further within an MSP
• Local to Newcastle
