As an IT Engineer, you will be responsible for providing IT support in a dynamic and challenging environment. • Resolving IT issues and providing technical support to end-users
• Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, and networks
• Troubleshooting network and connectivity problems

• Creating and maintaining documentation for IT processes and procedures

• Experience in IT support and troubleshooting

• Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• High attention to detail and ability to work independently
• Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified IT Professional) advantageous
