Coordinates the technical alignment with Digital partners and monitors deliverables on related systems. Main technical specialist for Ecommerce and Digital implementation and support.Your Mission:
  • HQ technical application maintenance of E-commerce/Digital systems:
  • Coordinating the 1 and 2 Level support.
  • Gathers business requirements from Digital users and coordinates necessary meetings and activities to identify proper solutions with the IS&T Architect manager.
  • Coordinates and controls new/open requests or issues in order to grant an appropriate service to users without exceeding agreed contractual terms with Digital Suppliers.
  • Participate with other IT colleagues of Tech, Architecture, Operations and Retail in handling properly the release in "production environment" of changes approved, after technical validation and users tests.
  • Organises training on SF to related users.
  • Releases documentation in terms of User Guides and Quick Hints and maps/integrates new software in the system landscape to improve the knowledge of Business Users in using the Retail Systems.
Your Talent:Skills
  • Good technical knowledge on Salesforce CC, SC and MC
  • Full knowledge of E-commerce and digital processes as well as related systems with integrations.

Experience
  • Sufficient experience in a similar role within the retail/fashion industry
  • Sufficient expertise in IT Project Management and Team Coordination
Languages
  • English - fluent
  • Italian - recommended
Contacts & Relations:Internal
  • Reports to the IS&T Retail Manager
  • Cooperates with the IS&T Retail Specialist, in order to keep the back-end systems aligned technically with E-commerce and Retail processes, in an Omni-Channel direction.
  • Interacts with IS&T Architecture team in order to identify proper system solutions based on gathered business requirements and to grant a proper integration with current system landscape.
External
  • Handles the supervision of maintenance activities delivered by the Digital suppliers (Alpenite, Drop, T4, etc).
  • Interacts and communicates regularly with Digital key users to gather requirements, offer solutions and support and coordinate planned activities delivery.
International
  • Cooperates with LVMH competence centres on Salesforce to get insights on technical implementation strategy and best practices.
