We are looking for a meticulous and dedicated Invoicing Assistant to join our Accounting & Finance department. The successful candidate will ensure accurate invoicing procedures and provide effective support to the healthcare financial team.

Description

  • Invoicing Assistant
  • Prepare, verify, and process invoices for sales or services rendered.
  • Enter data on invoices; ensure correct entry and pricing.
  • Collaborate with the accounting team to resolve account discrepancies.
  • Maintain and update invoicing records and files.
  • Assist in monthly client billing activities.
  • Carry out administrative duties as required.
  • Ensure compliance with established healthcare financial policies and regulations.
  • Provide excellent customer service to clients and internal teams.

Profile

A successful Invoicing Assistant should have:

  • A qualification in Accounting, Finance, or a relevant field.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
  • Excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
  • Good organisational and time management skills.
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to handle confidential information.
