We are looking for a meticulous and dedicated Invoicing Assistant to join our Accounting & Finance department. The successful candidate will ensure accurate invoicing procedures and provide effective support to the healthcare financial team.

Description
- Invoicing Assistant
- Prepare, verify, and process invoices for sales or services rendered.
- Enter data on invoices; ensure correct entry and pricing.
- Collaborate with the accounting team to resolve account discrepancies.
- Maintain and update invoicing records and files.
- Assist in monthly client billing activities.
- Carry out administrative duties as required.
- Ensure compliance with established healthcare financial policies and regulations.
- Provide excellent customer service to clients and internal teams.
Profile
A successful Invoicing Assistant should have:
- A qualification in Accounting, Finance, or a relevant field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
- Good organisational and time management skills.
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to handle confidential information.
