Investment Support Administrator

12-month FTC

We have an opportunity for an organised and conscientious Administrator to deliver a high level of service to Investment teams. The candidate must be diligent and professional, and is required to provide exceptional administrative support whilst working to tight timescales. Duties include assisting with investment processes, maintaining documentation and collaborating across teams, including New Investments, Portfolio and Risk. . You will ensure all systems, including CRM, Pancredit, Frameworks and SharePoint are kept up to date.. Strong IT skills will allow you to capture and maintain data for reports, as well as coordinate and facilitate team meetings. You will be able to work on volume whilst exhibiting a strong eye for detail, allowing you tol manage customer requests and queries throughout the life of the loan.

Customer-focused with experience in an administrative role, you will be able to prioritise and multi-task whilst maintaining accuracy. Confident and approachable, you will be IT literate with a basic understanding of Microsoft packages, including Excel, Word and PowerPoint and will ensure that the necessary information is recorded accurately onto our systems. You will be able to juggle a variety of tasks simultaneously and adapt to any sudden changes in the priorities, organising your own workload and working to regulated policies and procedures. Ideally, you will have knowledge or an interest in financial environment and will be keen to develop your own growth and career. You will be educated to GCSE (Grade C / Grade 4 or above) / NVQ or equivalent).
