An exciting opportunity for a Investment Administrator to join a successful and growing Chartered wealth management firm!

Clever-HR has partnered with a Chartered wealth management that offers deliverance of first-class advice across all aspects of Financial Planning. This includes investments, pension planning and IHT planning.

Established for nearly 20 years, the company is now looking for an Investment Research Administrator to join the team, to continue developing on their solid foundations and excellent reputation.

This is an exciting opportunity to work within a dynamic and supportive environment, where you will receive training and support to develop your skills.

The Role:

  • Researching products to support recommendations.
  • Preparing, recording and monitoring the client review process.
  • Analysing client and investment data.
  • Dealing with servicing queries including both new and existing business, ensuring compliance and process procedures are followed.
  • Maintaining accuracy of client information and assisting the on-going management of the client.
  • Interacting with clients in an efficient and professional manner.

Experience:

  • Excellent analytical and interpretive skills.
  • An interest in financial services particularly pensions and investments.
  • Educated to a minimum of A Level standard, ideally with previous financial services experience.
  • Tenacity, drive and a "can do" attitude, with a methodical approach with attention to detail.
  • The ability to fault find and make recommendations to remedy.
  • To be computer literate with a practical grasp of technical issues and have the ability to deliver high-quality work to deadline in an accurate manner.
