Due to exciting growth and business needs, a fantastic opportunity has arisen to join a highly boutique wealth management firm in the heart of London, as they seek a high-level support assistant to work directly with the company’s Director. We are seeking candidates with experience working within private banking or investment management, who are seeking a dynamic role where they can get involved with a bit of everything! This role will involve client administration, assisting with areas of compliance and finance, as well as elements of EA support. Duties of the Investment / Portfolio Administrator to include:

  • The primary responsibility involves supporting the company’s CEO, handling daily administrative duties, and implementing the Director’s investment decisions through the portfolio management system.
  • Maintain and update client files.
  • Support Compliance department obligations, including involvement in client onboarding process
  • Verify trade settlements and reconcile them within the portfolio management system.
  • Generate monthly and quarterly client reports.
  • Prepare quarterly client invoices.
  • Compile client portfolio performance data and conduct analysis.
  • Record minutes for internal and external meetings.
  • Address ad-hoc client inquiries.
  • Engage in project tasks, both administrative and operational.

Requirements for the successful Investment / Portfolio Administrator candidate to include:

  • A minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience, preferably with trading or wealth management background
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational abilities, and multitasking skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Management, or related field
  • Desired skills include analytics, finance knowledge, and portfolio management expertise
  • Proficiency in investment-related tasks and analytical software
  • Excellent IT proficiency, including Excel and Word
  • Effective communication abilities
  • Sound understanding of risk and compliance
  • Possession of a minimum Level 4 Investment Management Qualification (optional)
  • Language proficiency in Italian and/or French preferred
