Join an esteemed boutique Investment Management Company as an Investment Operations Support Analyst. In this pivotal role, you will support a team focused on managing asset management activities and ensuring seamless reconciliations between firm’s records and external entities.

Your responsibilities will include

•             Dealing with client queries coming in via phone, post, and email.

•             Supporting the onboarding of new clients and collate data that will assist with the administration of their accounts.

•             Assist and prepare reports, correspondence and other relevant documentation including investment proposals

•             Onboard new clients and collate data that will assist with the administration of their accounts.

•             Ensure compliance with FCA requirements, the Branch Manual, Code of Conduct policies and T&C framework.

•             Producing documentation for Investment Managers to provide to clients, such as Review Packs and Investment Proposals.

•             Providing clients and/or their agents with information and reports regarding their portfolios.

Drawing on your expertise, you’ll continuously assess trading activities to identify opportunities for automation, driving operational excellence.

To thrive in this role, you’ll bring energy and enthusiasm and a desire to learn. 0-2 years of experience in Investment Management Operations or Investment Platform Operations, will be needed.
