We are seeking a highly motivated and driven individual to join our Investment Banking team as an Intern. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the dynamic world of investment banking.

Responsibilities:

Assist in financial modeling, valuation analysis, and industry research.

Support deal execution processes including due diligence and documentation.

Prepare presentations, pitch books, and other materials for client meetings.

Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential opportunities.

Collaborate with team members on various projects and initiatives.

Qualifications:

Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field.

Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Prior internship experience in finance or related fields is a plus.
